Summer is a time for relaxing, vacations and enjoying some fun in the sun, but we feel that no summer is complete without wine accompanying all the fun!  This July, we want to take you on a trip to Sicily–an unspoiled, sun-drenched corner of southern Italy whose wines are fresh, unique and represent a pure taste of Italy.

That being said, every so often, we like to pay homage to Emilio Amato’s roots and present a dinner reminiscent of his home.  Although nothing can surpass the pure joy Emilio expresses when he talks about the food back home in Sicily, we know we can get pretty close with the help of our native Sicilian!  Fresh, simple and homemade are the key to any cuisine that dares to rival Sicily and that is exactly what we are going to serve you at our Sicilian wine dinner.

We have hand selected summer Sicilian wines and carefully paired them with a light fresh menu that will bring you a taste of that Sicilian breezy seaside charm.  Don Rhodes will be joining us as sommelier for the evening to share a little history, wine and all things Sicily.  We hope you can join us for this event.
