SpanishWineTastingIt feels as though too much time has passed since we have written all of you, but we are bringing you good news of great joy this December with our “Best of Spain” Wine Dinner!  Spain is, of course, one of Europe’s best wine producing countries, and one of the reasons for its success is its many diverse wine regions, each with its own climate, soil and grape varietals.

For this wine dinner, we will be tapping into all four corners of Spain to experience the country’s most distinct wines.  From Bierzo in the Northwest to the valleys of Rioja, from the sea coasts of Catalonia to the southernmost region, Andalucia, we are going to visit them all.  And we are delighted that Robert Crum, of Roanoke Valley Wines, will be joining us for this adventure as we know that Robert’s personal travels and expertise in Spain’s wine country will enhance our own understanding and appreciation of Spanish wines

We have paired some of Spain’s most revered wines with some exceptional dishes to showcase the pride that goes into every plate!  Emilio’s may be Italian, but we’re a perfect match for Spain!  We are eager to share these exciting pairings with you and hope you can join us!
