This January, we are bringing you some note-worthy California wines from AVA’s across the state. These American Viticultural Areas are designated grape growing regions in the US distinguished by geographic features with legally defined boundaries. Long story short, AVA’s are where outstanding wines are produced and we’re excited to share them with you!
We hope you’ll warm up with us this winter at our Cal-Ital style dinner as we take California’s best varietals and pair them with Emilio’s Italian cuisine.
