This July, we’ll be traveling to Green Spain, the lush natural region of Northern Spain, to experience its far from ordinary Galician wines. Known for its rolling hills, thriving forests and beautiful coastlines, this corner of Spain boasts some amazing warm weather wines from its diverse microclimate and terroirs.
Galicia is a government-designated wine producing region with all its subregions proudly carrying a DO label. Though we all know the Spanish have been producing wines since the beginning of time, the Galicians have their own exceptional wine culture growing grape varietals that only produce the best wines within their regions. And the cuisine in Galicia is as exclusive as its wines, so we’ve created pairings truly inspired by the people and the land.
