We hope everyone has enjoyed time with family and friends over the holidays and a little time for rest, relaxation and savoring some delicious wine! Since wine is always on our minds at Emilio’s, we are eager to share with you our upcoming dinner this January!
We’ll be taking you to Southern France to experience the wines of the beloved region of Provence including southern Rhone as well. This Mediterranean region boasts a diverse landscape of mountains, plains, olive groves, lavender fields, and of course, vineyards, which are producing some of the world’s best blends.
These Provencal-inspired courses have been thoughtfully paired to truly enhance the wines. We hope you’ll be able to attend this “match made in Provence” wine dinner!
